Working with different people. I also like those small moments when a clear explanation makes someone feel less worried.

No. Before my first cabin-crew interview, I rehearsed answers out loud. I knew the words, but speaking under pressure was different.

Regular practice and asking follow-up questions. I still ask people to repeat things. Understanding matters more than pretending.
