Original repair: one possible version
Although digital booking can make reservations faster, some users may not have reliable internet access. We should therefore keep a desk-booking option so that they can still reserve a place.
Although introduces a subordinate contrast clause; therefore marks a result and so that a purpose.
A balanced paragraph need not give equal weight to every claim. Identify a concrete benefit, a possible barrier and a response to that barrier.
Transfer: one possible version
Although online registration can be convenient, some residents may not have reliable internet access. The centre should keep a phone-registration option so that those residents can also join classes.
Feedback without false precision
Review three dimensions separately: target-form accuracy, preservation of supplied facts, and suitability for the reader and purpose. Do not deduct points for a valid alternative wording. Ask the learner to explain one choice. The three-item recognition score is not a writing proficiency or CEFR score.
Delayed retrieval
At the next lesson, ask for a fresh two-sentence message using the same target. Then use the linked practice; ask the learner to identify where grammar alone is not enough.
